AW Coaching offers football coaching, primarily targeted towards youth and their development. Service details are outlined on our website and promotional materials. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international laws, or in a manner that is fraudulent or harmful to others.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Engage in any behavior that could impair the operation of the website.

5. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

- Payment: Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via our form. Prices are listed in GBP.

- Subscription Cancellation: If you have subscribed to our services, cancellation requests must be made 48 hours in advance of the next billing cycle. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the next scheduled payment being processed, and your subscription will continue as usual. To cancel, please contact us via whatsapp/email/phone.

- Session Cancellation: To cancel a coaching session that you’ve been booked in for, you must notify us at least 36 hours in advance. Due to the nature of our planning process, which includes coordinating your child’s participation, late cancellations disrupt our schedules and cannot be accommodated. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

- Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and will be judged against our internal rules. Please contact us if you wish to discuss a refund. Refunds may take up to 28 days to process, and we reserve the right to deny refund requests based on the circumstances of each case.

- One-off Payments: Any one-off session payments will be charged an additional 20% compared to regular sessions. This pricing reflects our preference to work with committed clients and rewards those who engage with us on a long-term basis.

6. Safety Measures

- Restricted Access: To ensure the safety and security of all participants, the doors to our facility are not open to the public. Only registered participants and authorized personnel are permitted entry during coaching sessions. Gates will remain locked at all times, and participants (especially children) cannot exit without supervision.

- Supervised Environment: Children under our care will remain within the facility under constant supervision. Our procedures ensure that no child is able to walk out unsupervised during or after sessions unless it has been scheduled for them to leave alone. These measures are in place to protect the well-being of all participants.

- No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide high-quality coaching services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your success depends largely on your effort, commitment, and individual circumstances.
